Bomaderry Learning Centre is a specialised Long Day Care service open from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday with only 20 placements per day. We are certificate for approval for the purposes of child care benefit (CCB) so fees are affordable for all families. •An interactive Smartboard which enhances our comprehensive and intensive school readiness. •Health and fitness: to promote healthy, active children •Music and arts. •School readiness: numeracy and literacy, including a phonics. Our service programs also include;. Information about the content of the centre’s educational program will be given to you when you start at the centre in the form of a calendar so you can see at a glance what your child will be learning about, events, topics, Math, even when our monthly school excursions occur. Our Goals •To provide a strong foundation for children prior to entry •To provide strong Educator and Family facilitation •To deliver a service valued by the community •To embrace a culture of change, growth and understanding •To build and maintain a strong and communal partnership with other Early Childhood and Community Professionals The educational program in our service is guided by Belonging, Being and Becoming, the Early Years Learning Framework. and has worked in the educational field for over 15 years. The Director and Educational Leader is Ms Dianna Blackie, who holds a Bachelor of Education Early Childhood (4yrs trained) and Associate Diploma in Social Science Child Studies (2yrs trained. Children need to bring their own morning/afternoon tea and lunch from home. Bomaderry Learning Centre recommends and promotes nutritional meals and snacks. (more).
