Originally the Milton School of Arts built in 1927, the Milton theater has a long history as a major feature of the Milton community landscape. It was a picture theater from 1929 with dancing and other community events and activities, then from 1976 until 1993 the theater was old wholly as a movie theater until it was closed for extensive renovations. The building is now impaired for live theater, a recording studio and for community performances with some of the biggest local and international artists gracing the huge stage at Milton. They do not include use operation of the stage lights, safe or projector. This fee to be determined on application. All fees overhead include access to the kitchen for tea and coffee making facilities. firers are to provide own crockery, cutlery etc.
