Jenifer has published two major papers on her work: 'new rehabilitation swimming exercises' in the australian journal of musculoskeletal medicine and 'regeneration of whole movement' through the university of texas journal 'psychobiology'. In 1991 jenifer was invited to complete a post graduate degree in cognitive sciences at the wollongong university. Working with musculo-skeletal injuries jenifer developed movement regeneration programs that were internationally acclaimed by the feldenkrais movement and locally by the alexander movement. Prior to her social and charity work jenifer was in charge of hydrotherapy at lawrence hargraves hospital in thirroul. Jenifer has designed and run many quests for young women including the dream team quests and more locally the original yquest. Jenifer has received major awards from wollongong city council, the shepherd centre for deaf children, vision australia and won event of the year with the wacky car rally carlennium. Jenifer was a member of zonta: the original founder and president of the illawarra black and white committee: president of the illawarra butterflies: designing many, many community based events for wollongong like vaudevillia and carlennium. Principal, jenifer symes has a wealth of experience and understands the social skills required for successful networking having liaised extensively with industry, business and university to design and establish several major community events for the illawarra. Jenifer's, originally from the illawarra successfully trained young women for many years. Jenifer's offers personal training to develop self confidence and the social skills required in today's competitive world. Jenifer formally also worked for many years as a professional model and later as a level 2 swimming coach to national level.
