What you should know about Red Dog Retreat
In summer, you can be on the beach in 20 minutes and then come home to the seclusion and cooler mountain breezes on Cambewarra Mountain which overlooks most of Shoalhaven. After that, you can take time out to soak up the atmosphere in our spa baths or have a visit from our local massage therapist, before hitting the sack to recharge the batteries and awaken to the sound of native birdsong, welcoming in the next day.
In winter you can snuggle up in front of the wood burning stove. Seven Mile Beach at Shoalhaven Heads is dog friendly, so your canine friend will be happy too!
You can enjoy the fantastic shops and award-winning restaurants of Berry and Kangaroo Valley and then wind down at sunset on your covered veranda with a refreshing glass of something cool while you spot our resident wombats and birdlife. (more).
